So a fellow walks into a tire shop, and is interested in getting a set of radials, but explains to the folks at the counter he has no budget, would they consider fitting them out for free, since he does not have a budget?

Grant’s Tomb Gallery marks the 100th Anniversary of the beginning of The Great War
